Easter 2010

Drew had pictures made by Jill Brothers King this past weekend. She had a baby goat, 5 chicks, and 2 bunnies. Drew's favorites were the chicks. We would sit them on his lap and he would push them off his leg and he thought that was SO FUNNY! The pictures turned out great!

Drew's First Snow

We have had a lot of snow this weeekend in Alabama! It was beautiful. Drew would look out the window and say " NO" For some reason he couldn't get the "s" in front of the "n" to make snow. We went over to his friends house, Mary Michael, to play a little. I need to say a special Thank You to Glenn Beck and "The Christmas Sweater." I did not have any snow or rain boots for Drew to get out in the snow, so I remember from the book that Glenn Beck used to have to wear bread bags over his shoes. Well....It worked like a charm! Drew's feet and legs stayed dry and he had a great time. He was very unsure as to what it was and why it was so cold, but we got some cute pictures.

Christmas in West Palm Beach 2009

We went to West Palm Beach with The Clark's for Christmas. We went to the zoo, the beach, Drew had a great time playing in the pool, they had a park, and a playroom! it was the coldest dec. on record for south Florida but it was still warmer than Alabama and Kentucky! Tiger Woods was in West Palm Beach while we were there but we never saw him! Also, everyone except for Drew and Marvin (Chris' dad) got a stomach virus. Fortunately it only lasted 24 hours. We left Florida on Christmas Eve and made it to my family's Christmas just in time! We were exhausted on Christmas Day, but Drew still enjoyed his gifts from Santa! Chris and I ended up having a stomach virus relapse that day and didn't enjoy everything as much as we hoped to. All in all it was a terrific Christmas!

18 Months Old

Well, we survived Thanksgiving and now it is on to Christmas. Drew had his 18 month checkup Monday and he is a whopping 34 pounds and 35.5 inches long. He is doing great. We are going to have to start disciplining him more...When I tell him "NO" and pop him on the leg, he will proceed to tell me NO and try to hit me! Don't you just love toddlers. He has 9 teeth, with 5 of them just coming 2 weeks ago. He is running around everywhere and has a new obsession with Elmo. He is just now becoming picky with his food so maybe his weight gain will taper off. I am posting some pictures from the local city hall where we put Drew in a sleigh by the Christmas tree. Going to the allergist

We took Drew to the allergist to check on his milk allergy. They always check his blood pressure. He hasn't gotten upset, but he is not real sure what's going on!
